The Creator's Guarantee

You retain 100% ownership of any scripts, manuscripts, characters, and audio files generated or uploaded to ScriptArcX. Our platform is a tool for creators, not a co-owner of your genius.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service features (such as AI adaptation, voice synthesis, and audio streaming) to you.

If you choose to publish your stories to the public explore feed or public sections of the platform, you grant us permission to feature your public stories, summaries, and generated audio narrations on our landing page, showcase collections, and marketing channels.

ScriptArcX is designed for legitimate creative storytelling. You agree not to use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.

For audio generation, you must have the rights to the text you are converting. Using our AI voices to impersonate specific individuals without their consent is strictly prohibited.

If generated audio is found to contain harmful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content, we reserve the right to immediately delete the offending audio file and notify you with an explanation message. Repeated violations will lead to immediate account suspension.

Our platform operates on a credit-based system where users are charged based on actual usage. Since the majority of our processing, generation, and transformation features utilize advanced AI technology, credit consumption is calculated based on the computational resources required for each task.

Failed Generation Refunds: In the event of a failed task due to a server error, the corresponding credit deduction will be returned to your balance. If the credits are not automatically restored, please email us the details of the failed task to initiate a manual adjustment.

Non-refundable Payments: Once you purchase a plan subscription or credit pack, the purchase is final and there is no cancellation or refund.

Service Discontinuation: If you purchase an annual package and the service is discontinued or the website closes (even if closure occurs within 6 months of purchase), all payments remain non-refundable, and we will not provide pro-rata refunds or compensation.

We prioritize the privacy of your work. We do not store your imported source PDFs or exported generated PDFs in raw, readable formats. Once parsed or compiled, the files are deleted from temporary memory.

All project scripts, outline chapters, and metadata are saved securely in our databases and cloud buckets, and are fully encrypted. Because of this encryption, our team does not have direct access to your private creative content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these terms, bypasses security controls, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary formatting and adaptation logic.

If your account is deactivated or terminated, you will have a strict window of exactly 7 days to export or retrieve your existing work. After 7 days, all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
