At ScriptArcX, we collect information that helps us provide a premium storytelling experience. When you register or sign in via Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, profile picture, and Google authentication identifier.

We also collect project metadata, script files, uploaded manuscripts/PDFs/images (processed via OCR for adaptation), and usage telemetry. Technical data such as IP addresses, browser types, user agents, and device identifiers are collected automatically to secure our ecosystem.

IMPORTANT: Your creative content is yours alone. We do NOT use your private scripts, stories, or characters to train our global AI models.

When you initiate features like "Adapt a Story" or "Cast Narration", your text and audio cues are processed securely through our advanced AI pipeline (utilizing secure cloud-based language models and text-to-speech synthesis clusters). Uploaded creative assets are processed using automated document parsing and optical character recognition (OCR) systems.

All project assets, generated script PDFs, and multi-vocal audio narrates are stored securely in encrypted cloud-based storage buckets with time-expiring presigned URLs to prevent unauthorized access.

We integrate with industry-leading third parties to deliver studio-grade services. Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party payment processing partners, who collect payment credentials under their own privacy policies.

To monitor performance and optimize features, we use Sentry for error telemetry and PostHog for product usage analytics. User feedback is forwarded via secure Discord webhooks. We do not sell your personal data or creative work to third-party advertisers.

To prevent system abuse, credit farming, and fraud, we implement strict rate limiting across auth registration, password resets, and coupon redemptions.

When claiming coupon codes, we log your IP address and device/browser fingerprint to enforce our limit of 3 redemptions daily. If suspicious concurrent requests or abuse are detected, access may be temporarily suspended.

You have full control over your creative legacy. You can delete individual scripts, custom character voices, outline chapters, or your entire account at any time.

Upon account termination, we initiate a process to permanently delete your data from our active databases and remote cloud storage buckets. Backup copies may persist for a short duration to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud, after which they are also purged.
